2018 was Johann’s biggest touring year yet
Both Engelbert Humperdinck and East of Eli kept Johann on the go throughout the year, performing in amazing places such as Prague, the Caribbean, Vienna, Athens, and Hawaii, where “Engelbert Live in Hawaii” was shot for PBS. The studio work was also fruitful, notably tracking guitars for Engelbert’s “Angel On My Shoulder”, set to become the name of his 2019 tour.

2017 shaping up busy!
It’s been an eventful past 24 hours:)
East of Eli released its first single off the sophomore EP, ‘Nowhere’, featuring Chyler Leigh, thru People Mag. Gueetars by yours truly. SoundCloud clocks in 15,5K listens in less than a day 🙌🏼

Packed Summer 2016!
2016 started strong, folks! 7 US runs already, 2 Canada runs, 2 international runs (Egypt, Austria). I just got back from Switzerland yesterday and starting on Thursday, I head to Asia (Philippines, Thailand, Singapore). Then Hawaii is on the books, 2 shows on the East Coast, and New Zealand by the end of August… Then at least 3 more US runs by November are already announced! I also have a few very exciting shows in LA with both old and new faces, as well as some solid studio work where I hope to put my mando, oud, bass and other ukuleles to good use.
I wanna thank Godlyke and Carr for recently sending me amazing gear, which I’m still wrapping my head (and fingers) around. Also thanking LsL for my trusty T-Bone who never lets me down, and all my other endorsers who you’ll find on my About page, whose gear makes my job that much better.

Tour Dates for 2015 Part 2
The first half of this year was incredible. 5 US tours under the 2015 belt, and an amazing run in June that took me to Switzerland, England, Israel, Belgium, France, Spain, and last week Chile… I can’t believe I got to play at the Royal Albert Hall for the second time in my career! (picture above). But the second half of the year is here already and I’m very excited to be touring some of my favorite places in the world such as Australia, Asia and South Africa again. I also hope to see you during the 3 US runs we have by October!
